IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. DUE TO DAMAGE AND ROWDINESS CAUSED PREVIOUSLY AT SOME PRIVATE PARTIES THESE EVENTS INCUR A £100 BOND, REFUNDABLE FOLLOWING A TROUBLE-FREE EVENT & SATISFACTORY HALL INSPECTION. IF ADDITONAL CHARGES ARE LEVIED THESE WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE BOND
Please ensure that you are fully aware of all the Conditions for Hire relating to the Hall.
The Hall is used regularly early on Sunday mornings so all furniture, decorations and waste must be cleared away and the floor cleaned at the end of Saturday night events.
