Booking the Village Hall
The cost of booking Aberlady Village Hall depends on the nature of the event. Hire is at a reduced rate for community events.

|Fundraising events||£120||Six hours (6pm to midnight), additional set-up time £12/hr|
|Children’s parties||£36||Three hours, latest finish time 5pm on Saturdays|
|Community hourly rate||£15/hr||Friday and Saturday|
|£12/hr||Sunday to Thursday|
Notes about booking the hall
Fireplace and logs can be used at a charge of £10.
A non-refundable deposit will apply.
To cover potential damage or irresponsible behaviour at private parties or functions, these bookings incur a £100 bond in addition to the deposit. This is refundable following a trouble-free event where all booking conditions have been satisfied.
Any appliances left on may incur additional charges.
