The table below shows the cost of booking Aberlady Village Hall for 2025.

Event	Price	Notes
Weddings	£850	Refundable security deposit of £250 required.
Hourly rate – Standard	£30/hr	This rate covers dances, private parties, private events and commercial classes. Refundable security deposit of £100 required for functions after 5pm.
Hourly rate – Charity	£20/hr	This rate covers registered charity events and fundraising events. Refundable security deposit of £100 required for functions after 5pm.
Hourly rate – Community	£16/hr	This rate includes fitness classes and childrens’ parties

Fireplace and logs can be used at a charge of £10.
A non-refundable deposit will apply to hold event bookings.
To cover potential damage or irresponsible behaviour at functions, these bookings incur a refundable security deposit. This is refunded following a trouble-free event where all booking conditions have been satisfied.
Any appliances left on may incur additional charges.
Aberlady Community Association notifies the police about events in the Hall.
