The cost of booking Aberlady Village Hall depends on the nature of the event. Hire is at a reduced rate for community events.

Dances, private parties	£150	Six hours (6pm to 12.00am), additional set-up time £12/hr
Fundraising events	£120	Six hours (6pm to 12.00am), additional set-up time £12/hr
Children’s parties	£36	Three hours, latest finish time 5pm on Saturdays
Hourly rate	£18/hr
Community Hourly rate	£15/hr	Friday and Saturday
Community Hourly rate	£12/hr	Sunday to Thursday

Fireplace and logs can be used at a charge of £10.
A non-refundable deposit will apply.
To cover potential damage or irresponsible behaviour at private parties or functions, these bookings incur a £100 bond in addition to the deposit. This is refundable following a trouble-free event where all booking conditions have been satisfied.
Any appliances left on may incur additional charges.
